Each time a computer accesses the Internet, it is assigned a network address through which it receives and sends information. By accessing the voting site, you transmit data about your address, that is, the IP of a computer on the network. The site store these addresses in the database and it's easy to check. When voting, you can watch a picture when they write to you from different browsers, saying that you have already voted and are not allowed to do it again. The way out in this case is the constant change of IP addresses when entering the site and every vote. But where to get so many network addresses? There are several options:

1. On off. If you vote from a computer, then you can turn off the router and turn it on after a while, then the IP address will change. The same rule applies to tablets and mobiles. The method is 100% in terms of deception, but it is very long, and you won’t make many votes.
2. Proxy. You can use proxies in the public domain, but their lists are constantly checked by various services and it is easy to check the availability of these IP addresses, and the administration will most likely monitor this not even manually, but simply by putting one plugin on the site.
3. TOR and VPN. The IP address can be taken from other, most private sources, however, you will not be able to set a specific geolocation for the voting you need. Agree, it would be strange if the contest, which is held in the province, voted for someone from China or North Korea?
4. private addresses. Buying such addresses and maintaining them will cost you a round sum. The cost of renting mobile proxies in Russia for a day now exceeds 20 rubles apiece. It's easier to go broke than to win something under such conditions, unless, of course, you are going to use them in dozens of votes at once.

Yes, yes, the configuration of your network equipment, most of the hardware parameters of a computer and mobile device, the operating system, as well as the browser and browsing history can also be tracked and even transferred. It is no coincidence that a scandal erupted on Facebook, because many of the parameters could be transferred to private individuals without making any hacker efforts, but which can be used for their own purposes. These parameters are tracked even by the elementary Yandex metric. What to do in these cases? There are several options:

1. MAC address. This is a unique identifier that is assigned to the equipment. You can change it by flashing, in some cases by updating drivers or using special programs.
2. Virtual machines. You can install virtual machines on your computer on which you can install various operating systems, and this applies not only to computers (Windows, Mac, Linux), but also Android and iOS systems.
3. Browsers. Install various kinds of browsers on your platform and clean or change the history of your requests and visits before each visit.
4. Referrals. When accessing the site from any portal or social network, the administration will be able to see the sources of referrals. So every time you will need to follow links from, for example, Facebook, VKontakte, classmates, Twitter, WhatsApp, Viber and Telegram for a reliable “legend”

Some programs that wind up counters, as well as various click emulators, work through post get requests. 2. Clickers. By creating clicker emulation, you perform the same actions, press one button, scroll through the same page, move the mouse in the same way. Here you need to create as many options as possible and write them down.
3. Distracting bots. Special emulator programs are created that, during the work you need for voting, specifically create errors and emulate the actions of a person who allegedly came to see what is so interesting on the site. He accidentally voted for the right one for you. Voting cheating in this case becomes even more of a hassle.
